Poole is famous for its large natural harbour, golden beaches, and working Quay. The town is an interesting blend of the old and the new. Visitors can wander through the cobbled streets of the Historic Old Town with its museums, antique shops, and restaurants or browse in the many modern shops in the indoor Dolphin Shopping Centre.

Poole has excellent cultural and sports facilities, with a major Arts Centre offering Theatre, Cinema, and Music – Tower Park Leisure Centre offers facilities for Splashown Water Park, Bowling, and Cinema. Poole Park, which is close to the town centre, offers acres of parkland, lakes, and amusements, where our students can play tennis, mini-golf and have lunchtime picnics. Poole is a delightful place to live and to study.
